Our trademark Steady Strides Fall Prevention course provides online and in-person training for medical providers including physicians, NPs, PAs, PTs, PTAs, COTAs and OTs. This is only the on-line part of the course. After completing the on-line portion of the test, please schedule below for the hands-on part of your training.

Goals: Upon completion of this course learners will be expected to be able to 1) independently identify the specific factors contributing to risk of falls in older adults; 2) diagnose and treat common medical conditions associated with fall risk in older adults; 3) provide specific goal based rehabilitation goals of care to reduce risk of falls in older adults; 4) understand basic principles of medical quality and safety, so as to implement fall prevention interventions in their local facility of practice.
